The plenary conference of the GdR CNRS MATEPI will take place from November 3 to 6, 2025 at the Institut d'Electronique de Microélectronique et de Nanotechnologie (IEMN) in Villeneuve-d'Ascq. It will bring together academic and industrial players in the field of epitaxial materials development, characterization and use.
